Minimize Are DRCs open to the public? Are records kept of the DRC?

DRCs are not open to the general public. No detailed minutes will be taken at the DRC, though a DRC Record will be sent out to the parties who were invited outlining the outcomes and actions required.

Minimize How does a telephone conference work?

The Board uses a virtual conference room that allows all parties to call in to a central number so that they can all hear each other speak. A notice outlining the details of the DRC is sent to all pertinent parties. The notice gives the telephone number to call and the Conference ID.
