Pre-Hearing Dispute Resolution Conference

Once the parties decide to move the matter forward, unless the parties request that their matter go directly to mediation, a Pre-Hearing Dispute Resolution Conference (DRC) will be scheduled. The DRC is a conference call to discuss and attempt to resolve procedural issues and facilitate getting the matter to hearing or mediation. The purpose of the conference is to discuss the issues, evidence, likelihood of resolution, then set the next steps.
