Application for Determination of Compensation:

If parties cannot agree on compensation, an application may be brought to the Board to determine compensation. View more>>

Parties may apply to the Board to determine other matters within its authority. View more >>

Municipal Government Act Applications:

Under the Municipal Government Act, compensation may be available when a municipality takes certain actions. View more >>
